Very bad service. I order 2 hamburgers with doble bacon and they miss the bacon in both hamburgers and I call and the manager... doesn't help me out. The hamburgers was cold. I don't recommend this location. And the cashier ( Tammy L) very rude. I neverever come back again to this location. People check the order before you leave. Read more

Worst customer service ever. The so called 'Manager' Mary is not fit for the job. She is combative, argumentative, and has no... customer service skills whatsoever. After 20 minutes and 3 tries at ringing up my order correct l ran out of patience, canceledmy order and walked out empty handed. I took my family from California to try whataburger for the very first time at this location, i told the cashier about how they... had this Ilusion that California had the best burgers and i was going to prove them wrong. The manager over heard and reallywent out of his way to make sure he delivered the best possible food, gave my mother in law a free apple pie and threw in whathe thought was their best burger after we had already ordered. (His burger was everyone?s favorite too) i really tried leavingthis review on whataburgers official website but i lost my receipt some time during our crazy trip. The food was absolutelyamazing, but the way the manager and staff treated us was truly unreal. We?ve been to plenty of high end restaurants that aren?tas attentive as they were, he still approached us at the end of our meal and asked how we liked the food and chatted with us fora bit. They were without a doubt the highlight of the night. This review might be longer than it needs to be but I can?t stressenough how they made sure to show some Californians that Texas hospitality is a class of it?s own. Visiting town for UIL band contest and this place near by our hotel. Walked in, greated by both cashiers quickly and friendly.... Took our orders, asked if we needed anything and finished ringing up order. Food was to go and within 5mins we had our meals.Got to our hotel and even after parking, checkin and taking our stuff to our room, when we finally sat down to eat, was stillvery warm. 5 stars in my books! On our drive back from Laredo to corpus we stopped for a quick snack. Food was great. Onion rings hot and fresh. Fast service
