Terrible I order from door dash, apparently they don't know how to read they got my whole order wrong, came to the restaurant... and there excuse was they don't control door dash they don't know the menu on there?!?!?!, I asked for the Manager they wouldn'tget him/her!!!! Horrible experience. Arriving 40 mins before closing to the restaurant we were sat down by the waiter. Gave us the menu?s to... order food accompanied by chips and the salsa. She was taking our order when some guy from the kitchen comes and interrupts mewhile ordering saying that his boss said that they weren?t taking orders anymore. I asked why, he said because they close thekitchen 30min before closing but that they still take orders through the phone. Having said that cashier or manager had yelledto the employees ?ya no contesten el telefono!? So I asked the guy how long could they take for four tacos and a tostada he saidprobably about 5 mins so I asked him what the issue was from making the food for me. He then went back to the kitchen to ask the?boss? and that she said no because the kitchen was closed already. So I asked the guy why would they even sit us down bring usthe chips and the menu?s of they were ?closed? given that it was 40mins before closing. He excused himself saying that thewaiter was new. The waiter was so ashamed and I?m assuming the ?boss? got after her. I told her she had nothing to worry aboutthat it wasn?t her fault. My family and I went to this location hoping to get some warm food, and good customer service as we do at every other location,... and but left disappointed. Not only was the food cold when they brought it and the waiter got the order wrong, but also, whenshe was notified about the missing food, she got upset and told us that she wrote down the order correctly while showing us thereceipt. We then, just asked her to go ahead and write down the missing food, and again, she didn?t bring it, and got upset. Iunderstand it was a really busy time, and she was the only one attending to other customers, but that doesn?t mean she had to berude. They should definitely add at least a second waiter during peak hours to avoid situations like these. I?ve been to otherlocations, and never had any problem. Read more
Good service has gone down since the last time I was there. Got wrong order of Tacos and a few weeks ago got spoiled beans on a... take out order. Ordered rice and was given less then have a cup of rice. Read more
$12 for this tiny Parillada, never again but the meat tasted real good, my girlfriend loved their cheese burger. So price for... Parillada caused them to get 2 stars. Read more
