Some staff members (one or two) are rude and don?t really give the ?Starbucks customer service? Starbucks endorses. If you?re... going to buy here at the TAMIU Starbucks make sure to be very specific on your drink and have the guts to ask for a replacementif they get it wrong. Also, in Starbucks in general, make sure to ask for little ice when ordering icy beverages, since they puttoo much ice which takes a lot of volume of the drink; thus, they give you less of the actual drink. Residing in a university library, this store is a very pleasant and comfortable place for refreshments.
Limited coffee selection at the Starbucks on TAMIU's campus in the Library but the staff are great and coffee is fresh. They... also don't recognize the mother-ship's promotions, like their Thursday after 3 pm Happy Hour, so ask before trying to purchasewith a deal or promotion. Gift cards are accepted. Read more

Went through the drive-through to pick up an iced coffee for a 3 hour drive home from Laredo. Employee working the window seemed... bored and would rather be any place else then at work. This Starbucks did not have very good customer service. They got mycoffee right but they made me feel like I was bothering them to buy their product. Probably won?t be back Read more
