20 minutes for just 3 drinks even tho there was no cars at all unacceptable.

This sonics manager says they will not honor all the other sonics by giving pup cup regardless if you offer to pay or not he... just now told me they won't do it. Wouldn't even allow me to buy something for them or nothing I wouldn't recommend anyone tocome here as per he may not want to help anyone else. Read more
I stopped by today with my children to get ice cream at 11:00pm and guess what, i was told there was no ice cream. That is very... wrong cause it was the 2nd time this week. One of the main things SONIC sells and promotes is ICE CREAM, why in the hellwouldn't you have any. That is very upsetting. And by the way, there customer service does suck. Read more
The service is slow. They didn?t give us straws and then they took forever to bring my card back.
Over 45 minutes waiting and 2 cars before us were already given their orders, I had to ask them where the food is, they finally... came out with my order, I gave my debit card to pay, they came back and asked if I had enough money on my card! I asked for asupervisor, they took long as well, I had to get out of my vehicle and knock on the door to get someone, manager said theirsystem isn?t getting my card, I understand the waiting and that there are not a lot of employees but they only had 1 person (akid maybe still in training) going in and out for orders and payment, not to mention asking if I even had money, sorry for thekid doing it alone in this heat, manager was very unprofessional.
