One of the newer stores in town, while being one of the busier stores? The staff here is always helpful professional and... efficient and getting the orders through. Ask for a suggestion, or try out something new. Smoothies are always fresh, and madeto order. Read more
I used to love this place but due to new personnel I will stop buying from here because of their lack of customer service.
In Laredo for the holidays and wanted a good tasting smoothie which I?ve gotten from this particular franchise but at different... locations. I was so disappointed in this location, to start they have a sign advertising $2 off a free smoothie today when yousign up and register. I immediately signed up and within seconds got the coupon texted to my phone. As I?m about to pay I showthe cashier ( Allan Fernandez ) my coupon and he claims he can?t use it due to it not being a Monday. When I questioned himabout this he was very rude and had no answers. The coupon clearly stated that I would need to use it today 12/29 (A Sunday)before 10:15 am. When I showed him this he said let me text my manager. A manager wasn?t on site to help sort this which alsomade it frustrating. In the middle of this transaction he also had attempted to start my smoothie and just had the ingredientssitting in the blender. He was very rude about the whole situation, didn?t even attempt to scan my coupon or give me informationabout the manager or when a manager would be present. I have given various business to this franchise and it?s disappointing tosee this particular location have horrible customer service and no solutions for their customers. I recommend everyone not to goto this franchise in Laredo. Read more
