Wow, impressive! Visited Laredo for work meeting and stopped at Republica for lunch. Excellent place, very clean, organized and... staff are polite and knowledgeable. 1st time experience! First, sitting very limited to small for its success; we had to sit outside while it was cold but the... heaters and a jacket did the job. Wait staff is on point, they did not fail. The food: for a nice meal and a drink it?s great, abit pricey compared to other places based only on quantity not quality of the product.
