Waited 30 minutes at curbside. Called the store like app said, was told they?d be out when they were done with whatever they... were doing, ok?.waited another ten minutes and saw no sign of anyone coming out. So I embarrassingly get down in my torn andtattered clothes from work (why I chose curbside) and get stared at by the one group of customers (what is it staff are so busydoing they can?t service curbside) and ask for my food, they hand it to me and surprise surprise, it?s cold. I was not in themood to complain after working a 12 hour shift so I just left. Extra star for throwing in free breadsticks and even though itwas cold decent pizza, but come on, it takes less than 20 seconds to grab a pizza and take it 10 feet to curbside. Read more

Estrella was the one who took care of us she was outstanding definitely the definition of great customer service! Our order got... mixed up (miss communication) but she fixed it up in no time the food was fresh too! If your in the laredo area come visit thislocation!!! Read more
Food always hot and fresh. Staff always friendly.
Manager is always awesome and knows her stuff. Hot and quick everytime, however last night I went into the store to pick up my... food and the little twerp delivery boy couldn't find me in the system after I gave him my name 2 X and nearly had to point to myname on the board that stated ready. Little bit of attitude from the staff as well. I ordered from them enough lately, next timeI'll just walk a few extra steps over to Dominos instead. Read more
Great place on Laredo's, excelent pizza and service, the Best Pizza!
Decent pizzas in a city without many options.
Staff was unaware of specials they had going on even with them being advertised on their windows. Food took long to come out,... was brought to the table individually instead of all together. Only good thing is waiter was excellent in making sure we haddrinks while kitchen worked on order. Restaurant was empty to make matters worse. Read more
