I like this truck stop, nice and good workers. But Reserved parking 1 star. Look at the picture, trucks park way to close to... reserved and way to far from pumps. There was whole middle 4-5 spots empty, I barely got into one spot close to the corner causethere is no way, impossible park in the middle when all this trucks parked between reserved and pumps. It?s not actual picture,it?s from google so u can see it. Just move a little far to the pumps, leave some space for reserved. And all this trucks comingnow for their reserved parking, they won?t make to those spots in the middle, no way! It?s impossible! Pls management dosomething. Every time I come here, always the same. Put a sign or something, paint parking lines. Next time I?m not gettingreserved parking bcs of them parking in the middle and leave no room to park for others. Thank u. I hope u all hear me. If you want a shower reserve at the start of your break and maybe it will be ready by the end of the break
Stopped in for night, and to my dismay. There are only portable outhouses for the bathroom during renovations. They don't even... bother to rent a trailer with proper bathrooms. Cheap, cheap! What a disappointment. It will be NEVER that I return. Read more
Arrived to prepaid parking which was good however, why do you guys not keep your stuff stocked??? As drivers, it would be nice... to have the roller grill going with something on it. Coffee was like warm and old?McDonald?s is closed, subway closed?. It?s11:00 pm!! Geez! Read more
The reserve parking is unmarked in most spots. Maintenance is understaffed. There will be long wait for shower. I was woken up... by security 5 hours after I arrived due to the fact that parking was unmarked as a reserve parking spot. Had no choice but topay. This location needs to be overhauled by corporate badly. Read more
Clean pilot pumps clean friendly face food hot, only bad thing is getting out to i35 they need a light ???? here
I haven't fuel up this time, just took a shower. This was the best experience so far from any Pilot. Was rush hour, had 11... people in front of me and I had to wait only about 20 minutes and the bathroom was the cleanest I ever seen in a truck stopevery thing was in working conditions the shower head was not leaking every where, nice and bright light, and even the fan wasbrand new.
