Prices are way different and they overcharge you for everything. Owner is horrible and shouldn?t even work there. She argues... with the customers just by questioning that the price is more when you pay. She says it cost more to pick up your food?!! Howdoes that even make sense? The waiters and staff are nice it?s just the owner that is just plain rude and horrible. Read more

First time at Pho Oi. Did not disappoint. Clean, fresh, flavors, bright aromatic taste from fresh herbs, and great umami flavors... from the broth as should be. Honorable mentions steamed dumpling with thier sauce were exquisite, Vietnamese egg rolls had avery nice crunch, pork and vegetable filling was very flavorful and the fish sauce for them really brightened up the taste andfilled up your pallet. The Linchi green tea refresher wrapped up the whole experience leaving your mouth in a state of nirvana.Definitely coming back to try the rest of the dishes. Read more
BE AWARE OF PRICE CHANGES at the register when paying your bill. The in restaurant menu had higher pricing from the advertised... online prices. The prices were already significantly increased but that was fine for us and we chose to stay. However, once weattempted to pay our bill the Beef LoMein was priced up from $11.99 to $13.99 and the Vermicelli combo was overcharged from$14.95 to $15.99. When I questioned these charges at the register they explained that all prices went up on everything and theyjust hadn't changed it on the menu. I explained that a business should not advertise one price and charge another once the mealhas been ordered and without telling the customer ahead of time. She said you can either pay it or choose not to and was veryrude and unapologetic. I DO NOT recommend this place if customer service, honesty, and transparency are important to you. Read more
Get ready for major disapoitment, requested extra meat , got extra noodles. Fish sauce expired 2 years ago. Who knows what else... is expired. It's not the pho . Avoid , they need to tighten up. And put more meat and broth Read more
I have a pretty good time in this place. The food is good, but pricey. There is a tranquil way about this place. You can come... have a good meal and study, converse or just chill. I had the egg roll, dumplings and a steak pho and it was pretty good. (Pho-means noodle soup). I reccomend this place and in Laredo only a few places can meet my requirements 4 stars out of 5. The service was great! The young man was so kind and offered us his suggestions in what to try. We loved the dumplings! We got... half steamed and half fried. My toddler LOVED the dumplings and the chicken pho. I ordered the egg noodle wonton pho and it wasSO GOOD! I highly recommend this place!
