Try to avoid this location. There is always an issue here. Came by and ordered family meal was told Beijing beef would be an 8... minute wait. 20 minutes later food was as still not out. Food for whatever reason always tastes fresher at the north Laredolocation. Just my 2 cents. Read more
Perhaps not an authentic Chinese Restaurant but it definitely satisfies a craving for Chinese Food!
I know we all make mistakes but I don't think there's an excuse for today. I tried to order online earlier to just pick up food... but I was getting a message stating I couldn't make an order at this location because their were experiencing high volumeorders. I drove up and it was the usual wait. I had to wait over 20 minutes for my order. Then when I received it I asked if itwas the family meal I had asked for because it was given to me in a different presentation and the person said yes. When I gothome and I opened the order it wasn't I asked for. It got me very upset and here I am waiting another 20 or so more minutes toget my food. I really liked this location but waiting over 40 minutes close to an hour makes me put this review and not wantingto come back. Real nice lady delivering my order but once again they forgot my sauces. Not coming back. Read more
Walkinn to order and they were out of noodles and teriyaki chicken. I sat down and waited as did another client that wanted the... same. After about 10 minutes they brought out the noodles and chicken only to continue to serve the people that were comeing in.They got served the noodles and chicken even when the server had our plates annotated with our order in the take out plate. Ihad to stand up and ask to be served as did the other person waiting. Bad service . Better to go to a full buffet in town sinceits the same price for just the one meal versus a full buffet of same or better quality food. Good bye panda express. Read more
