I ordered a kids meal because I wanted chicken nuggets. They refused to give me double fries (which is an alternative to apple... slices/yogurt) AND THEY DIDN'T EVEN GIVE ME APPLE SLICES. WHAT THE HECK. My fries also weren't even in the little stupidcardboard, THEY WERE ON THE BOTTOM OF THE BOX AND THEY WERE COLD AS ROCKS. Read more
Sad. I ordered two happymeals and 1 had two toys and no apple slices and the other had no apple slices as well! Plus I asked for... extra fries and they said they didn't offer that but I went a few days ago and they gave me extra fries?!! So disappointed. Read more
Hi McDonald's, We came to get food at night. There was hardly a long line and it still took WAY to long to pay and get our Happy... Meal and sundae. When we were about to pay we were asked to pay in cash. They should at least put a sign to give us a heads up.We saw about 5 cars behind us lose their patience and leave. I didn't even get to get my sundae because of how we just wanted toleave. Please do better, or at least hire people who are motivated to work night shifts. Read more
As every other McDonald's, this is a safe zone, a place where you will get a meal for a very reasonable price and reasonable... portions for what you pay. It is good, fast, and cheap. Recommended Read more
Horrible customer service, waited on the drive thru for more than 10min to order, the person never took the order had to drive... up to the window to order, according to the person on shift said she was the only one at the time of service. Regardless of howmany people are on shift customer service should always be given at is best. Management should improve better customer service. Read more
This location is horrible, it takes them ten minutes to just take your order through drive thru. Then it takes another ten... minutes to get your order. They truly need to be trained on customer service. Read more
The ?Manager? is a condescending individual who talks to you as if you don?t understand simple English even though ironically... all he spoke was Spanish. The online order was not approved and instead of just plainly letting us know that he goes on anignorant uneducated tangent even though we were pleasant enough to not get disrespectful like him. And the issue was on theirend!! Don?t waste your money, don?t waste your time. Nothing has changed at this location, so yes believe all of the horrorstories you hear. Read more
