After waiting at this location for about 15 minutes, they kept me waiting another 30 minutes having asked me to wait at their... third window. Then, an employee approaches with what I thought was my order. But it wasn?t, she asked what I was missing from myorder. I told her, everything! I was only given a drink. Horrible service. Got curbside last week, took them 10 min to tell me they don?t know what I ordered and then they didn?t believe me when I told... them. I had to show them my receipt on the app. They don?t even know what they offer on their own menu! Then today I ordered aBig Mac and they built it completely wrong. This was the worst experience ive ever had with mcdonalds. i placed a mobile order for curbside and waited for 30 minutes no one... came. i tried to call 3 times and no answer. i had to go to the drive through and complain to finally get my order. and after iget my order it was cold and missing items. this is absolutely ridiculous. terrible service stay away id give it 0 stars if icould. worst mcdonalds in laredo by far. I burned my hand and leg. I'm not sure why they would fill my coffee up to rim when it's to go. Do better.

Horrible customer service. The workers are unprofessional and very rude. The wait time is RIDICULOUS! They make you pull to the... side and wait over 20 min for your food. They also close the dining room at 8pm which is nonsense!! Don?t go to this McDonald?s! Read more
