This McDonalds is at a convenient spot for me. The only drawback is that it's on a side of town where you will most likely get... asked for spare change. Not that I'm talking bad bout folks panhandling, but I've seen people get upset and just act meantowards them. DO NOT GO TO THIS MCDONALDS! Worst McDonald?s EVER! I ordered through the app, got the notification that my order was placed AND... charged. I got down, gave them my order code and they tell me that they have NO mobile orders at all. I asked ?are you sure? Ihave the order number, confirmation, and the notification where I was charge?. YOLANDA rudely said ?NO TEMENOS NADA?. She eventold me that I placed the order in the wrong location, but I showed her that the order was placed at that address. I closed theapp and she asked me again for my order number. Once I opened it, I could no longer see my order number. I told her that Icouldn?t see it and she said ?it should be there, it?s always there? so then I told her ?can you show me then because I don?tsee it? and she said ?no, I don?t even know how to use that app? ?!?! Well??? How do you say my order number is here when youdon?t even know how to use the app? I asked her ?so what are we going to do? Because I was already charged.? She had nosolution, she instead kept insisting that my order was never placed. Anyways, I was there for 30 minutes listening to herremarks, when I see a girl place MY ORDER on the ?pick up? bar. I knew it was my order because I saw the drinks.. so I said?isn?t that my order?. Then she said ?no, that order has been there forever.? The girl that placed the order on the bar said?no, I just placed that order right now? and I said ?yup, she just placed the order right now?. One of the worst McDonald's... They charge you for large meal without asking you ..???????????? Fries are always cold and soggy... ???????????????????? And burgers are usually done wrong... very expensive and.. tasteless..???? They finally opened up thedinning room ... They still have the stupid touch screens to order ... Quick. Food was good. First time going there and the experience was not that good. I paid and drove up to the window that was... opened thinking that's where I would get the food. No "move to next window" sign was present and I heard them saying "you havesomeone at the window?" And the girl there instead of telling me to drive forward just said, "yeah I don't know why they justdon't drive up". I didn't want to make a big deal out of it. Never going there again. I don't know why this location keeps disappointing me.. I don't know what happens after 12 A.M. but the service it's worse. Cash... only, no receipt and wrong order. I asked for a filet-o-fish with NO tartar sauce...I get this, and when I placed the order Isee my request on the screen.. What double checked. Asked for a receipt after being charged and was told the printer wasnt working, unable to give me any proof of purchase. I have... gotten triple charged at this location. I drive off, check my meal and literally whole order is incorrect. Read more
