I?ve had multiple incidents here- added onions when asked for no onions, gave me pickles (allergic) when asked for no pickles,... assuring me something is in the bag but isn?t, and so on. This past experience was ridiculous. They gave me onions on my 2sandwiches when I asked for none, told me to come back the next day for them to replace the sandwiches (they were about toclose), the next day I call, and they tell me it?ll be ready in 15 minutes. I arrive there 30 minutes later, the sandwiches werenot done and they were clueless as to who I was. The lady asked me to park in curbside 1, but I asked her if I could buy 4cookies. She told me she would put them in the bag, on the house. I said ok and waited another 10 minutes for them to make mysandwiches. A guy comes out to give me the sandwiches, I ask if the cookies are in the bag, and he says no, that if I want them,he will need to bring me inside to pay for them. I was so upset, I just left. Firehouse personnel were helpful and polite when grub hub cancelled my order 20 minutes before they where suppose to deliver for... a small gathering. Firehouse was great when I needed a quick delivery. Thank you , everyone loved the food. Read more
I recommend you all give the Hook & Ladder Sub a try. Don't forget to pair it with a potatoe soup and a chicken & dumpling soup!
My first time trying out firehouse subs and the food was amazing ! The staff working there are extremely friendly as well, I had... such a great experience. Asked the name of the amazing young lady taking care of me, drea she said. she did such an excellentjob when it came to making me and my husband feel at home. Was able to tell me every ingredient in each sandwich withouthesitation. Overall the store was clean, the workers amazingly friendly and the food 10/10!! Loved the turkey sandwich. The personnel are nice and friendly. My husband asked for the chili and the girl cashier told him it... was tasty and delicious and he should try it. He did and he loved it. My husband is hard to convince but he wants to go back forthe meat ball sandwich. Read more

I have been wanting to try a sub I saw on TV and glad I did. The sub was fresh tasting and I loved that you can taste the meats... and not over powered by the dressing. Sub was very well made and had balance of flavors!! service was great and fast. Read more
