I ordered a dozen donuts through the online app. I scheduled my order for 245 in the afternoon. I could not pick up my order at... the scheduled time because I had to go to work instead because of an emergency. So when I got out of work after six, I went toDunkin to pick up my order. However, I was not given my order. Because the manager said I did not have proof that I did not pickup my order earlier, and that the morning manager had not told her that an order had not been picked up. She assumed I was lyingto get an additional dozen of donuts. This was the first time service has been this bad at this location so this is the lasttime I?m ordering donuts at this location no, this is the last time I?m ordering donuts from any Dunkin. I don?t care if I?m outof town and they?re the only place in town that sells donuts. I will not buy from them again. Read more

It's been years since I've gone to Dunkin and lete tell you, I went on the right day. ????. They have this promotion going on... just for today June 3, 2022 that if you buy a refreshment you get a donut ???? for free. Yep, I got the refreshment and myhusband got the donut ????????. Friendly service, but I asked for hot chocolate, not coffee. This isn't the first or second time that this happens. Really... sucked cause I had to drive from Krispy Kreme (their machine wasn't working) to Dunkin, just to not get what I ordered. edit:Their service has since improved.
