I visited this place a few hours ago. I am from Monterrey and I?ve always heard good things about this restaurant. However, it... was not how people pictured it. When I got there they had a huge line waiting to be seated, but my kids were insisting on eatingpizza from this place. The cashier was really nice and welcomed us with a positive attitude, but when they gave us a table theplace was a little bit chaotic. They did not have much variety on the pizzas and the service was slow and they ran out of pizzaplenty of times during my visit. I would think twice about going back. Read more

I do implore you if you have... had a unpleasant experience to email the Cicis franchise owner for improvements, for whatever reason if nothing is done I'dfollow chain of command. 1.) Took a while to find a table to sit which is understandable because it was very crowded, but when we were finally able to find a... table my daughter wanted to play in the arcade area so i got up to go pay for some tokens. In only 2 minutes or LESS they hadgiven our table to someone else?! I had the plates full of pizza, our drinks still full, and the 5 piece wings were stillcompletely full i did not get to eat even one of the wings that i payed for, also 5 wings for $8?? Same price as the buffet.When i let someone know they just ingored me and said they didnt know. It was frustrating but i rather leave as the place wasoverwhelming. If you had to come to this place do it when its empty because the staff turns incompetent when there's a lot ofpeople. $40 down the drain because the staff cant use context clues of a full table and arent able to fix the issue.
