Athena the bartender was great! Fast service. Clean crisp environment. Restrooms smell nice. I went at 245pm. Happy hour is at... 3pm. Great margaritas. The coconut Margarita is awesome. I placed a to go order not only was it cold it was wrong. I called to speak to someone about and was left on hold for over 30... mins. I live on the other side of town so driving back to chili's was out of the question because traffic hour was about tobegin so i decided to just pick up something from somewhere else and leave it at that. Amazing Service! The bar is the best place for fresher food! Faster service! And amazing drinks, as the bar is literally next to... the kitchen! So if you want fast service! The bar is the way to go! If you want slower service just casual drinking sit far awayfrom the bar. It's that simple folks. Everywhere is like that. The food is amazing so no reason why negative reviews should beleft here! I have never ever had any issues with Chili?s in SA before, so to come back home to Laredo and order a simple salad and have the... protein portion and order filled wrong, was such a disappointment. Save your time and money and go eat at another restaurant. Isincerely hope management and corporate sees this, as I will be contacting them. Read more
