Don?t do curbside. When I finally walked in my ticket order had already been sitting on the counter for 12 minutes. Manager... didn?t care. She never apologized in fact she hardly ever made eye contact with me. For a minute there I forgot I was atChick-fil-A. So, I?ve came to this location multiple times & they?ve ALWAYS miss something in the order, wether is condiments, utensils,... fries or ingredients to my salad. I?m a very patient person & it takes A LOT for me to write a negative review, and despitethat, I have always gone back cause of the Chick-fil-A reputation and because its a ?new? location. However, I?m sad to say, Ican?t even convince myself to come back because they SOMEHOW just get worse every time. Today, I placed my mobile detailedorder for my family, the market salad without ?blue cheese & chicken? because I?m vegan & my sister?s without beans andtomatoes. Well, I pull up to the drive thru and was told that my order couldn?t be completed because they couldn?t take off theblue cheese, beans or tomatoes & they couldn?t do anything about it. This is the first time, that has ever happened to me outof all the locations I?ve ever been too & I travel A LOT. I have also tried taking off the blue cheese in the past when theyhave messed up my order, but the blue cheese sticks to the lettuce and the blue cheese taste penetrates the salad; that I havejust thrown it away and I hate wasting food. My sister picked it out her salad & I just got my money back for the marketsalad. I was extremely upset because I couldn?t just pick out the cheese & idk if they were just lazy, if they had the saladscounted or if they just didn?t have anymore salads because they HAVE ran out of ingredients before on this location. So, justsave your time and inconvenience if you?re in a time crunch or if you don?t feel like dealing with them. Read more
Best chicken in town. You have to try everything. if it is the first time you visit chick fil a this what your order should at... least include: nuggets 12 pieces(you must try the chicken first), fries, small chicken soup and a small mac and cheese Read more
Nice clean restaurant and nice awesome people. Cashier lady made my day with her kindness and great customer service.
I know this place is new but we had a horrible drive thru experience. They gave us the wrong food twice and once we got our... food, it was missing items. We had to pull into the pickup parking just so the cars behind us could actually go through sincethey were taking so long. It was only two of us and not a big order at all. Nothing hard yet they made it very difficult. Inoticed a couple of other people going through the same thing and getting angry with the service. We had to tell them multipletimes our name for the order and repeated the order several times and they would just walk away and then bring us back someoneelse's order. Not sanitary at all. ????CHECK YOUR ORDERS!!???? Update to my recent review. I went back and Customer service is still awful. They are usually well... known for taking care of their customers. NOT THIS LOCATION. I got to work with no creamers and sugar for my coffee. Long wait.They messed up my order. I never have to repeat myself after I ask for condiments at any Chick-fil-A. No catering truck in thislocation when I asked if it can be delivered to my workplace. They also forgot my half and half. So, I had no drink for mybreakfast. Read more
