Had a good, pleasant experience, i tried the Italian royal crisp sandwich, it was way better than last years.
Extremely disappointed with the service. I?m not sure whether it was the fact that I was in a law enforcement uniform or the... fact that the employee as well as managers don?t care about the service or quality of the food. I went in and the cashier waswith her back towards me, she was talking to another employee and both completely ignored me. She turned didn?t even greet andasked in a demeaning tone what I wanted. I told her a #2 the whopper with jalapeños and bacon. She added it was the Texaswhopper. I paid 14 plus change to get a cold whopper with only one slice of cheese that was cold and not melted. The bun tastedmoldy and the meat tasted cold. No bacon nor jalapeños. Extremely disappointed. The whole experience reminded me of the coldcooked burger from the gas stations that you heat up and at times have a cold spot. Well this experience let me to say that?never again BK.? I couldn't get ketchup because I didn't mention it in my order, I am baffled at the unprofessionalism from this branch. I tried... to change my order and couldn't, luckily there's a jack in the box right down the road that isn't pinching pennies with theirketchup packets. Read more
