There's not much to say about a BK since they're designed to deliver a uniform, average experience anywhere in the nation, but I... had to give kudos to the guy at this drive-thru for being so pleasant throughout the entire interchange. He informed me theyhad no avocado for the southern bacon burger, and apologized so sincerely that I felt compelled to take my food with nohesitation and write up this review. Used a coupon for two bacon double cheeseburgers... they gave me bacon singles... then when I went back in they "lost the... coupon" and refused to fix the problem. These things are tiny... like sliders. Nothing to them. Won't be back. Read more

Apparently the drive-through does not understand English, I asked for a double whopper with cheese no pickles and received a... double whopper with cheese pickles, jalapeños, bacon and mustard. Newly remodeled. Pretty nice playground area for the kids. Management is on top of things checking on us. The service is... expedient and professional. As an experienced reviewer take it from me a 3 star review is pretty good from my standards ofexcellence. My experience at this location was bad all the way you go threw drive window they never seem to hear you or understand you even... though you repeat 5 time yet still the order is wrong you complain to the manager they too break the promise they mentioned likein case Manager promise to remake all 3 meals with drinks including the Icee ...the meals were ok and drinks... but shecompletely forgot about the Icee she was going to be including so how are the employees going to learn the wrong doing if theManager is doing the same thing ....
