Never disappointed. This dish is a must try.
Just got out of eating lunch at Bolillo's, food was delicious but service was lacking. It started of well but once my son and I... received our food, the server never came back to check if we needed anything else. As a matter of fact, maybe the server was cutoff the floor or left because I didnt see her anymore, in that case I understand but she couldve passed on my table to anotherserver. I ended up having to stand up and ask the man at the counter for napkins, a glass of water and 2 slices of cakes that Ialso ended up ordering and I made him aware about the fact that our server never went back to check on us. He gave me napkins,attended me with the cakes and got a server to get me a glass of water. Read more
If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible service. Veronica took our order and didn't put it in. She never came to talk to us... and let us know what happened. She didn't even apologize. We sat there for 45 minutes. I cannot believe she charged us fordrinks ($7.31 for 3 drinks). I'll never even order from Cakeland after this. I came to this location because someone commentedabout poor service at the other location. I cannot imagine it being any worse than what I witnessed. Mistakes happen butVeronica didn't come over to the table to explain nonetheless apologize. She wrote down our order and repeated it back to us. Isaw her motioning over to our table while talking to the busboy (who was very nice by the way.) We had to walk up to the counterand ask her because she was going to just leave us sitting there. She attended tables around us continuously and never checkedon us or our order. She said there were a lot of pick up orders. So how is that only our order wasn't put in? And how did shenot realize her mistake or apologize for it? She was extremely rude. Thanks for ruining a meal. Edit: Owner made it right andI've changed my rating. Always come here for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Best food in town! Best location in my humble opinion. Customer service has... always been good, one of my favorite restaurant spots. Read more
First time here and I loved it. Ordered a pink strawberry cake and it was really smooth and sweet. For entrees, ordered a fideo... soup and albóndiga/meatball soup and they both had great taste. Definitely recommend for breakfast, lunch, cakes and sweetbread! Read more
Nice and quite small place. Ordered the chicken jalapeno and it was delicious. Also tried the chicken poblanos which was also... delicious. Service was quick and prompt. Read more
The food was good and the cafe con Leche tasted delicious. Good service overall. The parking sucks. That's why they get a 4.
