Reviews for Wendy's in Laramie, WY
They use cyanide in their salt, seriously it's called yellow prussiate of soda. It "ok" though the FDA says it's ok, and many... other restaurants use it too. The food was bad here and the service was terrible. The employees couldn't get two chili's and aburger order right and had to remake it twice. We ended up leaving and getting our money back instead of eating here. Read more
I literally waited 24 mins for just a regular combo meal and plain double stack. Dude still forgot my ranch, got both burgers... wrong (forgot a whole patty that I paid for on both) and to top it off they were our of Dr. Pepper. I might understand if theywere busy but there literally was no one inside and 1 person in front of me. There was one behind but they left after 20 plusminutes. Also, it appeared there was at least 2 employees there who were just hanging out. I don't want to be "that person" thatlives to leave ridiculous reviews after having unreal expectations but this was just a mess. I would have drove off but Ialready paid. I'm just honestly super disappointed. I don't have huge expectations just that I at the very least get what I paidfor, especially after over 20 minutes of prep time. I get everyone is short staffed and times are tough but I hope they find away to consolidate resources to stay in business at that location. Alright, I'm done, try at your own risk! Read more
Just waited 20 minutes for a baconator meal with raw bacon. Super disappointing! I?ve eaten this meal in several states across... the country and this was the worst I?ve had. Would have rather waited longer for properly cooked bacon. Read more
Slow as hell, terrible customer service. they definitely prioritize the inside over the drive thru as we sat at the window for... 10 minutes after paying while 6-7 customers were served at the counter. Read more

Drive thru was closed. People packed in line inside. All beverages were out except for a couple and workers seemed very... unhappy. As I was getting my drink one man in line started coughing badly. His wife "jokingly" asked him if he was getting her'cold." How rude and upsetting to someone who really wanted to drive thru instead. Very few food options around where i wasstaying, but I should have taken the extra time and gone elsewhere. Read more
Absolutely hands-down the worst Wendy?s I?ve ever been. Had to wait five minutes to order or more because they were doing... drive-through and dining room on one register. Had to give my order to the lady making my food because she couldn?t get it alltogether. Didn?t get any extra sauce because they claim they don?t have the ability to push the button inside the POS system. Ihave attached a picture of the four piece nugget I got and the lady?s attitude was terrible she was nasty and not customerfriendly. Read more
The food was so cold ???? I'm not sure if it was cooked or just frozen again after it was cooked. If you wouldn't serve it to... your grandma, you shouldn't serve it to your customers. Chili was as good as always tho, Wendy's chili hasn't let me down yet. Read more
