I ordered 2 sandwiches online and placed the wrong order for a sandwich called. My husband and I are sick so we were really... hoping to get the sandwich changed. He told me the sandwich had already been made but when I told him my situation, he said hewould make the change. Order arrived and they did not change my order…. Was a great Subway! Lettuce was brown, giy said it was old and frozen in the bin. Soda machine was out of soda, mention it... on the way out and the gal said she knew yet sold us drinks anyway! What is the matter with these people??? Read more
Too many flies landing everywhere on the food and sandwiches and they took too long to make my sandwhich, unless it was free I'm... not paying for a sandwich that I have to watch flies landing on and off of it while the staff are not attending to the sandwichthat's losing its heat after coming out the oven. Would not reccomend this specific subway. Read more
Friend offered to buy me a sandwich for taking her to get something swapped at Walmart so I accepted. Then the employee who took... our order decided to smother my sandwich with the marinara sauce from my friends sandwich. The employee was not wearing a nametag, sounded like a female but the appearance and posture was of a male and with no name on the receipt doesn't help. So afterordering and watching her/him make it a mess I took it to go so I could go home and spend a few minutes cleaning my sandwichbefore I ate it, you gotta love picky eaters. I usually don't mind dealing with a random issue with my sandwich but when someonefrom the food industry is saying that is cross contamination, I will never eat at that subway again. Brooke is awesome and always makes everyone feel welcome and valued at this Subway. The food is fresh and delicious. This is a... great location for students and University employees to grab a quick bite and get off campus for a minute without having todrive anywhere. I highly recommend it. Read more
This subway in town is just hands down the worst. I've only been living here for a couple months and every time I go to this one... it always disappoints. First time I went there the worker put his gloves on and then touched his hair and pulled up his pants(with gloves on). 2nd time a different guy was insanely disrespectful. He said along the lines of "ugh people always decide toshow up right before closing time" in a cocky way and when I ordered the pizza and drink meal he rang me up wrong and go mad atme for his mistake. 3rd time (today, 11/16/22) same first dude was being really lazy and when I told him I wanted the pizza anddrink combo he rang me up wrong and charger me $8 for a pizza! And when I asked for a drink he said "they'll be $2.49" like nodude. U rang me up wrong and he refused to give me a cup. Very frustrated with this place and will never buy from here again.Horrible. I don't recommend. Go to the other one by domino's pizza. Read more
