Great take and bake pizza. Lots of toppings and they are generous with them.

Waited on phone from 7:30 pm while driving to store with no answer. Approx. 15 minutes to arrive at 7:45 pm and found no... customers waiting and three employees whom acted as though the could care less about serving anyone. Ordered pizza from theyoung lady, then asked if they had turned off their phones, then received the answer that they had indeed turned them off quiteawhile ago. As soon as I left at 7:54 pm the young lady locked the door and walked away laughing to the other employees. Notexactly great customer service!!! Read more

I absolutely love papa murphys!!!!!! It is spectacular, they are by far the best pizza from a chain restaurant. I love that I... can customize the ingredients on 4 different sizes of pizza while I watch it be made fresh. Their recipes or styles are amazingas well. The best thing they have is the layered pizzas I've never had anything like that; I love them!!!! Especially when youstuff it with a different type of pizza then what's on the top. Also there Chicago style pizza is on point. Lastly but mostimportantly the cinnamon swirl dessert pizza thingy slaps harder then my step dad!!!!! Read more

Horrible customer service just now. Ordered 2 pizzas for my husband and I. When I was asking about sizes, the clerk just went... ahead and added an extra pizza to my order without me noticing. So now I have 3 large pizzas for 2 people! When I told theyoung lady I only ordered 2 pizzas, she basically just said oh ok and didn't even offer any solutions to make it right. Won'tbe returning. We have always loved Papa Murphy's pizza, and when it is made correctly it's wonderful pizza. When the Schwartz family owned... this franchise it was well made. Once the new corporate owner took over, my pizza is made incorrectly every 3rd time I order. The staff has been rude and never apologizes when it's wrong. When I complained and wanted the pizza corrected, I ended up inthe "owner's book" I found out that I can no longer get my pizza remade since they have screwed up too many times and each timeI called to say I wanted what I gave a written order for, but didn't get. Save your money and order from a pizza place thatwants your business and will make your order correctly and will apologize when they get it wrong, instead of putting you in "TheOwner's Book" I would think they would be embarrassed to be making their pizzas wrong so many times. It is VERY disappointingto be treated this way, but I guess money is more important than customer service. Read more

We've now started ordering weekly because of the quality service and food that this Papa Murphys has been dishing up. The staff... here have ALL been friendly, helpful and have gotten our orders right. I would HIGHLY reccomend an order (delivery available atthe current time 12/18). Read more
