Update: Owner contacted me personally and professionally apologized. With the accountability taken and the personal attention to... details by the owner, it made me feel like a valued customer and it can be made right again in the near future. Ordered a XLpizza for family dinner at around roughly 7:45-8:00 at night. Knowing it was cold out and somewhat late I decided to tip half ofwhat I payed for the pizza. Eta for the pizza was 30-40 minutes; which turned into TWO AND A HALF HOURS. 9:15 comes, no sign ofany pizza. I call checking to see if there were any problems and confusion. The employee checks my order saying, ?We receivedyour order but we didn?t print a receipt so we haven?t started it yet. We will put your pizza in 2 minutes and it will befinished cooking in 7 minutes.? An additional 55 minutes passed by, it?s now 10:10 and I received my pizza after waiting nearly2 and a half hours. This was delivered after close, and assuming the employee waited til they were going home in order todeliver it. Luke warm and greasy, aside from the massive delay. Read more

Got food poisoned. Brought to their attention the following day, the front counter employee nor the owner was concerned. I fully... anticipate that this place will close its doors like so many others in Laramie. Will be making a formal complaint with thehealth dept. I want to start by saying I do not like to write bad reviews however sometimes do when it is due. I have a strage habit... whenever I order a calzone from a place i open it up and see how many toppings are in it. The jimzoni calzone only allows youto choose up to 3 toppings I chose Canadian Bacon, Pinapple, and Mushrooms. When I recieved it i opened it up and saw there wasat most 1 cup of cheese, and marinara combined. I was able to count the 3 toppings I received there was 3 mushroom slices 2pieces of pine apple and 5 bacon cubes. It was disappointing at best. I also ordered a salad, all the lettuce had brown edgesthere were pieces that were slimy the mushrooms were completely dark brown and soft. The taste was off, as if it was frozenprior to sending. It seemed to me that their stock is not fresh, there is no quality control and no one really cares if you aregetting a fair aount of toppings. Needless to say i will not be a return customer. I made sure to specify on my Doordash order ?ham and pineapple on one side and just cheese on the other? and it was delivered... with cold toppings in separate container and plain cheese pizza. Not a huge deal, but still an inconvenience. Otherwise goodpizza Read more
Nice crust with a crispy-on-the-outside but chewy-on-the-inside texture. Not a lot of flavor other than the slightly spicy... sausage. Not great, but better than your average college town pizza. Read more
Great pizza from Mr. Jim's in Laramie, WY! We ordered the Meat Eaters Pizza (with 5 meats). Prefect amount of toppings and... well-seasoned. We ordered online and picked up curbside on a stop of a cross-country drive. Would definitely eat again. Read more
Horrible employee attitude! Online system gives 15-20 minutes wait time and when I told them about it he got upset. I under they... are packed but he should learn how to talk to a customer. I wanted to cancel my order and the manager came to talk to me in 10min. She was nice but again after that waiting time I couldn?t cancel my order. Never ever coming back again! And notrecommending to anyone. My total wait time was 50 minutes after I submitted my order and paid it online. Read more
