Food was hot and fresh, Lobby clean. The gentleman at the counter was friendly, extremely professional and accommodating. In... todays workforce available to todays businesses I unexpectedly enjoyed my most recent visit. I had been having a difficult day,so it just meant that much much more to me considering that. It's a normal Burger King with a nice decor. The food was OK. The fries lacked flavor. And the chicken fries didn't have any... flavor also. But the burger was OK. The Oreo shake I had could have been blended a little longer, the mixture wasn't toouniform. Read more
It was a fiasco! The speaker I was at wasn?t working, so 3 cars who drove up after me, were waited on first. They were out of... the chicken nuggets my grandson wanted, then they tried to give me someone else?s order, telling me they were out of ice, butthe drinks were still cold. I didn?t order drinks, so I gave the bags back to the BK employee. She said my order never cameup on her screen, so she took my receipt and said they would make it real quick. Then she came back with another employee,handed me one of the bags I had just given back to her, and said she thought my order was part of the big order behind me. Iget all the way home and one of the burgers is missing! I?m a patient and forgiving person, but something seems to happenevery time I go there. This is the nastiest Burger King I have ever been in. Not only is it filthy. We got cold food. The buns were frozen because... their toaster was broken. No one wore gloves. Their play land has so much dirt inside. The floors had so much food on them.Bathrooms are disgusting. Read more
