This was the worst Applebee's experience I ever had. I was waiting between 15 and 20 minutes after being seated by The Host, not... one waiter waitress came over nobody offered water or anything to drink we finally got up and left and nobody evennoticed. There are not many places to choose from here but I dont recommend this one. The atmosphere is great everyone is friendly but... when we had some issues with our food our service sucked. We sent the steak back because it was way to red. She brought it backit less than 5 mins and it looked microwaved. We asked her she if she would eat it looking that way she said ? well I didn?tcook it.? That?s not acceptable coming from a server your job consist of your service and food presentation. You may have notcooked it but it?s your job to ensure it is presentable. We never even got refills, none of our empty plates were cleared so wehad a full table. Customer service was exceptional Ineed to make sure to point it out. Will bar tender was 150% on his game. Never lost track off... who was under his belt. Overall I am impressed and really happy to find such an amazing customer service. One hour wait to be seated only after the hostess seated her friends first. Then a half hour before anyone came to see if anyone... was sitting in our booth. Another 30 min before we got our drinks. It took 90 min to get our meal after that. Worse service Ihave ever had in my life. Read more

If you want a cold meal, Applebee's is the place to go. My meal was ONLY hot where it touched the plate. My mashed potatoes were... hot touching the plate but was cold everywhere else. This was the second visit with cold food. I told the manager but hisattitude was unacceptable. If the higher eschilon is like the manager, there is enough young idiots to keep their businessafloat.
