The rented 3 Polaris side by sides for 6 people ...The staff was terrific, very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The price... was fair....the machines were in excellent condition. The trails were beyond our expectations. It was the best trail system wehave been on. We got to see lots of different animals. The cabin was awesome BUT,. A bit dirty. The bedding was old and worn out. King sheets on a queen bed isn't right. The pillows... are worn and flat. Won't stop me from going back but will bring my own pillows! For what they charge for the cabins they needto clean it up more and have the proper and quality bedding! Read more
Very unimpressed. We stayed here for a wedding and the service was terrible. No staff was helping with the rehearsal dinner or... the wedding dinner, both of which had large automatic tips. Not a single dirty dish was taken from our tables. Anytime we atein the restaurant the service was awful. The cabin we stayed in was?. Well the ceiling fans were nearly falling off, the showerfloor was disgusting, and for what we paid it was not what it should have been. Adding an extra bed to the living room doesn?tmean it has a whole extra bedroom either. Would not be coming back here again, the organization and management really needs somework. Read more
We spent a team retreat in winter for my first time snowmobiling and summer for my first time driving UTVs, and I have been back... for meals with my family since. Guides, machines, service, meals were all great. The cabin was so cozy and the morning mountainviews are gorgeous. Albany is a little oasis in the woods. Their mac and cheese is 11/10 and I am now addicted to their pulledpork. I've been around a lot of barbecue with family in Memphis, and this is the best pulled pork I've found west of theMississippi. I ended up here because my friend and I was going fishing to Rob Roy and my truck decided it didn't want to run. I was able to... turn around and make it to the Lodge. I called my insurance company to get me a tow truck. The company they called was playinggames with me on when they were going to be there. I ended up waiting until the next day when someone finally came to getus. We had dinner which was good and we ended up getting a motel room there at the lodge because of the tow company. We ended updrinking at the bar all night and whatever I was upset about it gave me an attitude adjustment. We had fun. The only thing Ididn't like was the motel room had a maybe compressor or furnace? that that was loud that kept turning off and on (really noisy)all night.
