Really cool "camp" themed interior. Wood plank, metal roofing and critters. Charbroiled Oysters were fresh and... delicious! Hushpuppies are savory variety. Fried Seafood platter had a light, non greasy breading. Food was mildly seasoned. If you are a Tony's addict, bring your shaker with you. Stopped by after zip lining at zip Nola. One of the guides highly recommended this restaurant and it did not disappoint. First... off the Moscow mule was made to perfection. The gumbo was tasty. The fried calamari, fried craw fish could have been friedharder but overall it was a great entree. Fried green tomatoes had a great flavor and the blue cheese bacon salad was good aswell. Read more

We had our wedding rehearsal dinner at Frenier Landing. Words can?t even describe how beautiful it was. Mrs. Crystal is... absolutely AMAZING and is an angel. Before booking, we got to taste all of the menu options, we didn?t feel pressured to makedecisions? it was such a laid back process! We were able to bring in our own decorations and Crystal even helped out withsetting them up. We did a buffet style meal, they served bacon wrap shrimp and alligator sausage (both were to die for), thefried fish and crab and corn bisque were delicious!!! Price per person was SO REASONABLE for the amount of food we had. Myfather in law passed away a week prior, and Crystal was nice enough to bring food to our house for the bereavement without usasking. I had just done the zip line nearby and was thirsty, hangry and my blood sugar felt like it was hitting bottom. I saw on the... Google Maps that this was near and came on over. It is raised because it is right on the lake, but there is a ramp to get up.Oyster bar to the right, restaurant to the left. I went to the restaurant. I was immediately seated and after being asked, mywater and coke were brought right over. Everything is neat and clean inside and it was about 75% filled with customers. Iordered the crab cakes with fries and veggies. Perfection. All of it delightful. Waiter stopped by regularly to make sureeverything was ok. Soup cold but it was good would have been better warm. Oysters dried out no taste cold ruined those oysters. The shrimp over... cooked hard to peel tough very dried out look at the shells white dried like they were sitting out awhile. Worst meal ever Weleft most of the shrimp waiter said I?m sorry.
