First off, bad score isnt for the product. The food is good. The service is (usually)good. But this new AI ordering system is... not only creepy and weird; its slow, inefficient, and completely unnecessary. When i voiced that it was a bit creepy, the ladyat the window said it was because of no workers, and that i better get used to it unless i want to apply for a job. (check yourattitude, lady) I get that workers are hard to find these days, but it makes no sense if she's literally listening to the orderover the speaker and working the window normally. Unless they automate the entire window it doesnt eliminate a need for thatposition. An entirely stupid and lazy "solution" that will do nothing but increase wait times in the drive through. Worst service ever! We stood at the window for 1/2 hr as the workers inside waited on multiple cars that pulled in after us. I... tried knocking on the window multiple times but no response. I finally opened the window and asked if I needed to go throughthe drive thru in order to get service. The girl working there just replied "yeah, if that's what you want".... I told her tonever mind, I'll go somewhere else! They just lost a good paying customer forever! Read more

Wow! Without a doubt the cleanest Checkers kitchen I've ever been in and I have serviced literally hundreds of commercial... kitchens in my life and for one to stand out that's saying something. And Sarah the, the manager on duty, did say they workvery hard to keep it that way but went on to say Lisa is the real reason the restaurant is in the great shape it is in... goodjob, Lisa! Read more
Great service, and fast. I have never had an incorrect order at this establishment. The fries are always hot and crispy, the... burgers are great and reasonably priced with 4 and 5 dollar deals available. The food is a bit heavy on the stomach but if youare eating here you already know what you signed up for :) Read more
Scrap the AI!!! 3x I've had to deal with it and 3x my order was screwed up and then they blame me at the window for not learning... the new routine. Seriously, I'll cross the street to the other Burger joint just to avoid the hassle. Madness. Read more
