Place was dirty, a mess, and loud employees!!! Food was gross and seemed old. The soda machine looks like it has never been... cleaned. I'm 6'3 tall and I can see green algae or mold oozing out of ice maker that sits on top of the soda machine!!! And thebest part is that as soon as you walk in they have a diploma looking letter stating the the place was certified sanitized!! LMAO Read more
10/27/2022 11:53 AM I got an email confirmation of the order that I placed online 12:05 PM-12:50 PM I went to this location to... pick up my order. The restaurant doors were closed so I decided to get in line for the drive thru. When it was my turn tosupposedly order, I told them that I am picking up Order Number 50. I was instructed to proceed to get it. At the window, I wastold that my order did not go through so it was not ready. They told me to proceed at a certain spot by the drive thru to waitwhile they process it. After 10 minutes of waiting, I realized that they already opened the doors as I saw people coming in.Instead of waiting for my order by the drive thru, I decided to park instead and get it inside. When I entered, I asked one ofcashiers if order number 50 was ready, to which she replied ?You?re going to have to get in line.? She wanted me to get in linebehind the people who haven?t placed their orders yet. When I said that I was just there to pick my order up, she insisted thatI should still get in line because my order did not go through. I refused to get behind those people because 1) it was wrong,and 2) the cashier was very very rude. So I moved to the other side where mobile orders were supposed to be picked up and toldone of the cashiers that I didn?t have time to wait and I want my money back. She replied that I cannot get my money back andthat I will have to call my bank. She told me to wait for a few minutes, which I did because it looked like she was willing tohelp. About 10 customers paying and getting their orders after, I was still waiting. To my dismay, I left the restaurant tellingthem that they are terrible at their jobs and that they have no business being in customer service. The managers are very respectful and helpful and courteous. Their employees are just the same. O yea... the food is fresh and... delicious!! Thank you guys. This store stands out on top compared to the other popeye's... my opinion!! Read more
great location and food . I walked in during closing time and saw a bunch of chicken that they had to throw away so i asked the... manager can she sale me all the chicken at a discounted price. I was able to purchase at least 30 piece's of chicken a few sidesand nuggets for 23. and she did it for me because I made her aware that I would give it to the homeless. act of kindness goesfar in life Read more
This is absolutely the worst Popeyes I've ever been to! They closed the inside two hours early, so I saw people that ordered... ahead still sit in line for 45 minutes! I waited in the drive through line, only to be told that they only had spicey breastand thighs and they weren't cooking anything else because they wanted to close early. Mind you they weren't supposed to closeuntil 10pm and this was at 8:15. The woman in the drive through actually said that "its a holiday and they didn't have to bethere". Lazy and unprofessional workers at this location is an understatement. They should permanently close this locationsince nobody wants to do their job! I was forced to give them one star in order to post, but they don't deserve that! Read more
Literally have been in line for 45 minutes.. still in line now.. I asked for all dark meat at the order screen and they wouldn?t... even accommodate that on the strength of the fact that the line is moving so slowly. I would never again come here! Haven't had Popeyes Chicken in a while. Went to this location tonight. The lobby was closed so we ordered via the drive through.... The young man who took our order was polite. He greeted us properly and assisted us with placing our order. He was patient withus, which was good because we were not familiar with the menu. Our order came fast. The food was hot and fresh. The chicken waswell done just the way we like it. The biscuits were delicious ???? ????. The young lady at the window was also verypolite. Overall had a good experience at this location. Read more
This place is horrible when it comes to customer service. Everyone seems like they are in prison and forced to be there not one... person was smiling at all the whole 15 minutes I waited there to give an order. After 15 mins of not even being acknowledged Ileft. There was like 6 others in line wondering same thing. The drive thru always wraps the building but it?s not cause of somany customers but how slow they are processing orders. Good luck to you if you do go there. Read more
