TH Waverly cannot blame lack of staff anymore and their long waits in line they literally had five people that I could see... 'strolling' around that I could see through the drive thru window and it took me 15 minutes to get a bagel and a coffee.. it'sgoing to be a long time before I go back.. and I was a regular customer and I've been dealing with this for a long time andaccepting it but not anymore. I feel for the workers in most food service situations. But it's apparent how much this location lacks in training, especially... with delegating tasks and communicating with each other to get orders out quickly and efficiently. Read more

Unfortunately the staffing issues at this location continue to hurt it's reputability. Long waits, cold breakfast, and staff... that (likely due to the stess) can be awfully rude to customers especially if someone has any issue. It's pretty bad when acustomer has to feel like the bad guy for asking about their order. Read more

There?s nothing more that I enjoy in the morning then Tim Hortons coffee! When they opened on Waverly you could get through a... very long line in less than 10 minutes. The other day I waited 45 minutes. Couple days after that I waited a half hour.Yesterday I went and with only one other car at the window I waited eight minutes. They had tons of staff on board but theyseem as though they?d rather goof around and visit with each other than work. But I know the next time I go there it will beall new staff again. I would?ve gave it one star but the coffee still so darn good! Read more

I wouldn?t even give this place star if i had the choice. This place is garbage. Went thru the drive thru and ordered a sausage... biscuit that I repeated 3 times. She asked ?no egg? when received she handed me the sandwich with no napkins. I also ordered avanilla coffee snd I got a chocolate idk what it was, but definitely not what I ordered. Not even close. When I had alreadydrove off and opened the sand which is a bacon egg sandwich. Not what I ordered. There was no one In front of me or behind so Iknow it wasn?t just a simple mixup up but simply just not caring enough to get the order right. When I asked for napkins and areceipt she handed it to be with much attitude. Very displeased with this place. Matter of time before this place goescompletely down hill as it?s well on its way. I have been coming to this location for that past 8 years daily and multiple times a day. It has its ups and downs just like any... other place of business. But this is by far the best Tim?s I have been too. Other locations I?ve went too around the lansingarea have seriously been horrible with making coffee and their customer service. I love the staff at the waverly locationthey?re all so friendly and sweet and have grown to become a regular to them due to the simple fact of their customer serviceand their coffee being better then the other locations. Horrible! Customer service is terrible. The cashier waited on the people in front of me left me standing there to make their... drinks then went around looking for a headset to take drive thru orders. After a while of running around she finally decided tocome back and wait on me. After she took my order she took the order after mine then started wandering around again looking forreceipts. I guess I expected since she promptly made the orders before mine she?d do the same for me, clearly not. This place isa joke. Read more
