I love this place! I went here 1 day after my parents had ordered Turkey that tasted like ham for Christmas. It was amazing so I... had to go in and check it out for myself. My husband and I both were unsure what to get as it was our first time there we wentfor lunch the staff was so helpful and asked us lots of questions to direct us in the perfect for each of us. I ended up withthe Turkey bacon sandwich and my husband ended up getting ham and swiss cheese sandwich. We both got different types of soups.All the food was generous portions and very tasty. We ate in the restaurant (it wasn?t busy it was between lunch and dinnerrush) as we finished up our lunch, the owner came over and asked us how we liked it. And we had told him our experience he thanoffered us a fresh from the oven cookie this also very yummy! We talked about the Turkey that tasted like ham and so much more.He was so helpful I told him I was going to purchase some ham for the potato soup that I was going to make from scratch latterthat night. He could have mad a lot of money there but instead he went thew step by step instructions as to how to use a cheapham bone (that they sell there) for potato soup. He even told me if I had any issues to call him he could walk me there theprocess. My soup hasn?t ever been the same again. I thought it was so awesome that he took the time out to talk to us in generalbut than to save us money, and made our dinner so much better. I am now a regular costumer, I couldn?t be happier. Great customer service. The owner is so caring, that he takes time to discuss how to store and heat the sides and main dish so... that his customers have the best dining experience. This information was given to a customer who asked for help and it was givenfrom a caring person with a kindness in heart. Not to mention the amazing ham and scrumptious smoked turkey. Yum!!!! Went in for lunch today and was extremely impressed with the variety of choices! Had the chicken salad sandwich and it... was DELICIOUS. Always fresh, tasty food. They have a box-lunch punch card system, buy 10 get 1 free. I've gone through 4 of them. Love it.
Purchased the Easter dinner with ham turkey and sides. It was nice that they offered the value without having to print the... coupon. Very friendly service and answered all my questions. HoneyBaked Ham is definitely our favorite ham, not sure what welike better the first meal or the leftovers! We tried the roast turkey this time and it was very good. My favorite side was thesweet potato souffle! I generally make a sweet potato casserole in this it's a pretty good rival. Will definitely come back! Read more
