I was excited to stop by taco bell omw to work this morning, website says they open at 8 am so it was perfect. So when I get... there, 2 employees were standing right outside the entrance SMOKING CIGARETTES!! I ignored the disgusting behavior and said"Good morning" they both looked at me with a nasty look and did not respond, I then walked around to the other entrance as theywere blocking that one only to find that the doors are locked 2 hrs after they are scheduled to open ???? I am a taco bell fan,I spend a lot of money with this company and quite often. It Amuses me that you would rather listen to your phone ring for the entire rest of the day then pick it up... Please understand... I am not going to stop calling. I can't say enough bad things about this store. Employees don't care if the customer's at the counter. They always get the order... wrong. The manager does everything BUT work. The last 4 times I've been in the co2 doesn't work so they just don't hand you acup. Takes 10 minutes per order. I call and no one answers. I was excited to have another taco bell but you should either shutthis one down or reconsider your staff. Read more
Placed a mobile for a steak quesorito and some other items, they told me they were out of beef and I said thats fine any of the... beef items use chicken. We waited 30 minutes in the drive though, Then all of my items including the steak quesorito came withbeef and all of the other ingredients were missing out of it. It was only beef and cheese and i paid forextra rice and add Blackbean. The tacos were also all cracked and missing Lettuce. Read more
I frequent this location quite often because I'm obsessed with the steak power bowl (minus black beans). They never mess up my... order and the staff are so incredibly friendly, personable and honestly just really fun and very polite. I tried the new Taco Bell on mlk and am very disappointed.I understand being understaffed, but at least get order correct! The... gentleman at the drive-thru let me know they were low on staff and apologized for my wait. The 2 gals that handed me my foodwere not very friendly and I was shorted a chulpa.
