Went there yesterday. They didn't have slider buns thawed so the lady behind the counter split a six inch bun in half to make my... combo. She made an error ringing up the total amount so when a lady came out from the back she asked for help. The lady from theback saw the 6 inch bun and started getting after the counter lady about not making substitutions, when i mentioned that it wasmaybe poor training she said "No she knows better" and then went to the back and from the back,started yelling at the girl whowas still standing at the counter. Not only that,when i went to sit down to eat there was not a place to sit because of theloiterers. No one had drinks or food at the tables, but every table was taken so i had to stand at the counter to eat. I willnot be going back to that subway again. Read more
Very unhappy with my visit tonight. Staff should not have been left alone because they were not trained fully. My toasted sub... was cold (toaster was failing) which was fine when i asked to have them remake it but warm my steak in the microwave they wereconcussed. One of the staff was on the phone with the manager just walked away from me mid sentence then came back to tell meshe was on the phone with her manager instead of excusing herself by telling me she was on the phone with management. I thenjust asked for a refund which again confused them. Thankfully the girl was still on the phone with her manager and could bewalke through how to do the refund. I will not shop at this one again. I have had bad service the last three times I have beenthere and this one was the tipping point. Read more
Quality of sandwiches is now ????! I ordered 3 sandwiches for take out. The bread was obviously OLD. It was pale and crumbly.... All 3 sandwiches were like that. I noticed they cut down on the ratio of meat per sandwich too. I used to frequent this subwayquite abit, but after the old bread scenario, I'm pretty much done with this subway. ???? Read more
I went in at 6:45pm in Thursday May 9, 2019 ordered a foot-long oven roasted chicken breast, She informed me that she only had... enough chicken breast to make one 6? sandwich, I asked her if she could use different chicken altogether, she then told meshe would have to charge me for (2) 6 inch sandwiches. This is ridiculous as you sell the other chicken on foot-long subs allthe time the person in front of me even ordered it ???????? Read more
This location is always clean and the workers are friendly and personable. They always treat me really well here and they are... very welcoming, even when I have a large order. It's my favorite Subway location. Read more
