The soup was absolutely horrible!! It was so thick from being overcooked that the whole thing came up as one piece while trying... to get a spoonful. It was Brown and burnt. When I asked if something could be done like a substitution since the girl statedthat she probably just had it up too high I was told that nothing could be done. Not even cookies or chips since I couldn't getmy money back. She took it and threw it in the trash in front of me and told me to have a great day with an attitude! Worstservice ever! Even the girl behind me in line said she worked at Subway for years and never seen soup that looked like thatserved to customers. I went there last week and the girl that helped me overcharged me for the kids meal. When I questioned her about it she said she... wasn't trained on how to charge kids meals. I asked for my receipt and she said the machine wasn't working, and to come back andtalk to her manager. What kind of service is this??Ridiculous! Read more
