Usually I have a good experience at this Starbucks. But today was not good. I ordered one drink, thinking I?d get the 1/2 off in... July promo deal. I pull up to the window and say I?d like to use the promo offer. The barista said that you have to order twodrinks to do that (which is not true). He was very insistent that you have to order two drinks. So I pay over $7 and go. Lookedat my app to check the promo details and I was right. I call the store manager and explained the situation. The only option shegave me was to drive all the way back to get my $3.50 back. I?d spend more in gas to drive there and back! I asked if she couldsend me a coupon or gift card through the mail. Nope. I could tell she didn?t care & she was not professional. She sounded likeshe hates her job. I was not pleased and will not be going back to this location.
