This location has really been dropping the ball lately. Person was taking orders in the parking lot and then went inside after... taking the order for the car in front of us. Got to the speaker and no one ever came on so we just had to drive away. 2nd timethis month we?ve had issues with people taking orders in the parking lot. Really disappointing Read more
Went here on 10/3/22 to order a bacon egg and cheese croissant sandwich. They didn't have any so I left. Also, the drive thru... design is awful. Good luck navigating thru without scraping your paint off on the brick wall. Not recommended if you drive atruck Read more
This location can not make a black ice coffee. I specifically state every time I order that I do not want the classic syrup, and... every single time they use the classic syrup. It?s the only location that gets it wrong every time. After dozens of incorrectorders, I finally feel pushed to the point of leaving a review. It is one of the simplest menu items. I just don?t understandwhy this location can?t get it right. I shouldn?t have to taste test and then wait for my drink to be remade this often. Read more

Every time I come though it has been a great experience. The past two Saturdays I have come by and Grace Griffith, oh my... goodness! She has made the experience 100x better. She remembered my dog, she made me feel so welcomed. I got so excited whenshe was out taking orders again! She Literally makes it an incredible experience!!! Also Madison, Dorothy, Han and a reallypretty girl who is going to Australia and is from Las Vegas. They all have made my trips in for caffeine an absolutely lovelytime! Read more
Nice easy going chill atmosphere. Staff was kind and fast. Place is clean so were the bathrooms. Good coffee. I did notice... though that when throwing stuff away though they had 3 trashcans (picture attached) and when I asked if they recycled they saidno. For a billion dollar company to not recycle but to make money off the earth doesn't seem to cool to me. So deduct a star forthat. Else wise not bad. Read more
This location has really changed. I used to love coming here to work very nice atmosphere and food/drinks are always good.... However the last two times I have went through the drive thru I?ve had concerns. The first time going the staff took my order onthe iPad before pulling up to the window speaker. He ordered my drink twice and sent it through twice as he mistakenly enteredin extra scoops of Macha. I?m not sure if he was unaware of how to fix the error. However when I approached the window theyattempted to give me the order with more scoops and then I caught it by the color and taste. They fixed the errors but I feltthe young lady was a bit frustrated with me for his mistake. Then this last time I went on 11/23 the line was extremely long satin the drive thru for 15-18 minutes. The thing about this location is once you?re in the drive thru you can not get out, thereis no side lane available until you?re just about at the window to merge over. So after sitting there I get to the window to getmy drinks and they give me two tall when I ordered Venti. I tell the young lady maybe there was miscommunication but I?ll paythe difference but I want Venti. She says we aren?t able to remake or change your drinks at this time. There was no apology forthe long wait of 15-18 minutes then my drink is not the correct size and you cant fix it, while I offer to pay the difference. Ihave never had this experience at any Starbucks location. I have seen and heard them remake drinks if the customer purchasesomething they do not like. So changing it to the correct size should not have been an issue. I understand it?s the holidayseason, people are short staffed and overwhelmed. However customer service should not lack. I understand the mistake but fix it.So I pulled away disappointed and time wasted waiting for something I didn?t want. Read more
