Very bad service I had to take my food back up to the window 2 times and they had an attitude with me because they messed up the... order I tell them I'm allergies with food and they didn't care about customer service they were all talking about me because I'mdisabled so no I don't think I will ever go back there and neither will any of my family as of now Read more
Despite the outside of this building looking 20 years old, and dirty, the food was excellent.
The staff is always friendly and the food is hot. I'm always happy when I go to this location.
I hope the owner see this because they need to do something about the disrespectful and rude employees they have. I was there... Wednesday 5/11/22 around 8:30 or so and I swear even if they were offering free food I wouldn?t go back. The way that lady atthe window talks to customers I imagine that?s how people serving food in prison talk to everyone. Terrible, terrible customerservice. And on top of that there were four people just hanging out in the middle of the drive thru, I think that?s why she gotmad.. because I interrupted their chat. The food is ok, not good, just ok. Not as good as usual... I would normally rate them at 5 stars... Didn't give me my cheese sticks... When I finally got the... opportunity to eat about two hours later and realized I gad no cheese sticks... I immediately called them... The person whoanswered asked if I was calling about the cheese sticks! Apologized and told me they would give me 2 orders if I came backtomorrow and asked for Theresa! They also gave me a small order of fries! Fries and cheese sticks are why I go to Rally's! Read more
Haven't had Rallys in like 15 years. It was so much better than most fast food in the Lansing area!!
