I ordered 2 meals. Got home, and there were supposed to be 4 small sides with the order, but we got 1. No dipping sauces at... all. No silverware. I had to ask for our drinks, and he still gave us the wrong drinks. I don't understand how such a simpleorder can get so messed up. I've called literally 15 times, and no one will answer the phone. No option of leaving a message. After it rings for a long time, it asks for a remote access code. Tried another store a couple of times, no answer thereeither. Don't go here. I've been to this location twice now and I really hope all locations are not like this. Both times I've been through the drive... through the employees seem to have bad attitudes and snappy. First experience there was a couple of flies in the bag. Experiencetoday, they forgot to give our drinks so I drove around and walked it. Staff was busy but chatting amongst themselves(totallyget this part, glad they get along well) took a bit to get acknowledged, also fine. But while I'm watching towards the food prepand cooks I see a young man, wearing his food prep gloves while putting food into his mouth, never took the gloves off or washedhis hands and went back to cooking. Didn't receive half my order and no sauces, please have the person at the window alittle mode aware. It's okay if the wait times... are longer if we get our items but waiting 20 mins in a drive through line then receiving half of what you ordered is reallyjust unacceptable. Disappointed in our $43 meal tonight. Ordered the 12 piece spicy tender family meal. The tenders were cold and more batter than... chicken. The large sides, red beans and rice and Mac n cheese, were barely over half full ($43 dinner for 2 large sides, 5biscuits, and 12 cold, over battered tenders). The food was what you'd expect sometimes you win everything is hot and fresh and sometimes not so much. The biscuits had... obviously been there a while. They were hard. I went inside my order was taken immediately but I saw 3 cars come thru drivethru and get their place order and get food while I was still waiting. Read more

We arrived at 4:40pm for our 4:44pm pickup time. The food wasn?t ready at 4:44pm. There had to be at least 8 workers there but... only about 3 actually working. One employee & the manager was more worried about leaving early, he was totally distracting themanager. It?s now been about 10 minutes we were waiting & they inform us they?ve ran out of macaroni & cheese. We had tosubstitute for that. So after waiting 15-20 minutes for our food we had to ask for our sauces (which we did not receive all of).The manager couldn?t even say thank you. This was a HORRIBLE experience.
