Used to love this place but recently tried to order online and was turned off by the amount of frivolous fees they now charge.... Minimum $15 order? Fine, lots of places do that. $5 for 3rd party delivery - again to be expected. But then we have another"small order fee"..for a quart of Lo Mein + appetizer (bear in mind this is already to meet the "minimum order"requirement)...and what's this? Another "convenience fee"? I'm already paying a convenience fee - it's called delivery charge. This experience, coupled with the recent reviews I've been seeing about the quality/service, guarantees I won't be ordering fromthem again. Read more

Used to come here often but it's been a few months and it's not like it used to be. Egg rolls were overcooked and the chicken... was so dry, some pieces weren't even chewable. Not to mention most of it was breading and not chicken. Really disappointing andnot sure if I'll be back. Read more

I used to go to this place on the regular when it first opened (pre-pandemic). It was good food at reasonable prices and near... where I lived so I went there frequently. I moved away but was in town today and thought I would stop by. This place has changeda lot and not for the better. It seemed that three teens were the only workers when I visited today. I ordered my food and askedif there was a restroom. I was told that I was not allowed to use it. Wonder if this may be some sort of violation for dine incustomers. If not, it should be. They have a makeshift sign announcing that orders of $10 or less must be paid with cash. I madenote of this as I ordered the lunch special and two egg rolls. Typically a lunch special is a smaller portion of the entree withan egg roll or soup. Not here. The "lunch special" is just a smaller entree portion with rice. I was not asked if I wanted plainor fried rice. My order came up, went to my car and realized my egg rolls were not in the bag. Keep in mind that I was the onlycustomer in the restaurant. I went back in and mentioned that the egg rolls were not in the bag. The person that took the ordergot two egg rolls and gave them to me - didn't ask if I wanted any sauce for them, I had to ask for it. The total for my orderwas just over $12. Because of the lack of attention to detail, I almost left with $8 worth of food. The food was decent but itis the lack of customer service and the inattention to detail, coupled with the unexplainable reason for not being allowed touse the restroom, that will keep me from returning. I am at a loss for what happened to this place that was run by a couple thatwas very friendly and very concerned with customer care. Read more

Flavorless and bland fried rice, and they charge more than other nearby places for their crab Rangoon, which is about half the... size that it should be. Not worth the money, I promise you can make it better at home. Read more

Have always loved this place. Last couple times not so much. Just a gradual decline, but nothing terrible. Until now. We both... got fried rice. Absolutely disgusting! 1 bite was enough! Maybe time to change the oil maybe?? Sweet n sour shrimp was not verygood either. Again, there was this aweful taste of dirty old oil. Don't know if I will be back. Read more

Very fast and tasty. I've always driven past this restaurant and decided on a whim to try it. Was instantly amazed at their... extensive menu at first glance. The West Lake Chicken has become my new go-to garlicky white sauce Chinese dish. The Scallop &Shrimp with Garlic Sauce was fragrant. Both dishes were equally paired with a LOT of vegetables. We've since ordered otherentrees and appetizers (Moo Shu Pork, various Spring and Egg Rolls, Chicken Sticks, etc)... Yes, Perfect Chinese does have aseriously delicious and wonderful General Tso's Chicken. This is now one of a handful of places we'll order it from! Wehonestly are now working our way to through the menu and making pleasant discoveries. Been very happy with all we get there. Read more
