This McDonald's is very slow. Sometimes they forget to add items in your to go orders at the drive through. I had to get back in... line and get it. Nothing to compensate me for my time. It took 20 minutes to resolve this issue. If you want your food in atimely manner, this is not the McDonald's. Read more
Wow. I arrived at 1:12 am. Long line but no big deal. Or so I thought. It took until 1:55am to get to the order speaker. They... said they were doing cash only. Thankfully I did have cash. Then I was told to order at the 1st window. Kind of weird but ok. Ifinally place order at 1st window. It takes another 15 minutes to get from the pay window to the pick up window. When I finallyget to the pick up window they ask what I ordered?! I told them and then they start arguing with eachother about already makingthe order. They ask for my receipt so they can go START my order. By this time I have been in line for well over an hour. Theworkers seemed to have no sense of urgency at all. Finally I receive my order about 10min later. I ordered 2 mcdoubles with noonions or mustard, 2 regular mcdoubles, a 4 piece chicken nugget with BBQ and a LG coke. I finally get home and guess what?Order isn't right. All mcdoubles were regular. No BBQ with nuggets. I have been a restaurant manager for 18 years. I hateleaving bad reviews because I get it. I realize fast food is a bit different, and we all know how hard it is right now to findpeople but WOW. I don't understand how you can be THIS bad at all levels. 1 half way decent cook could have made that line move10x faster. Then they need my receipt to START making the food and then STILL mess it up? Im at a loss for words. Apparently when you use a free coupon from the App at this location they just give you whatever. The only reason I went was for... the Lg Iced Caramel Mocha coffee, and I end up with a regular plain HOT coffee... I don't see how it's that difficult to get anorder correct when I only ordered two items! And the person who makes the coffee only has to prepare that one item! Poorlocation - poorly trained employees - poor management. Its worth driving to the next closest location to avoid this ghettotrap. Read more

So not only does this place ALWAYS forget half of my order, today I received a moldy sandwich! I took a couple of bites and... noticed it tasted funny and looked at the sandwich and there is mold as you can see in this picture. If I could give negativestars I would. Read more
