Coffee was fresh. I had to let it cool down a little since it was very hot. No complaints.

Ordered a special on one of the sandwiches and it came out exactly as ordered. The staff was very nice even though we were there... kind of late and you could tell everyone was tired. I like the fast service at this particular McDonald's. Read more

I've got to say, this location had one of the cleanest bathrooms I've seen in awhile, the staff were very friendly and... efficient. I don't often go to McDonald's but when in Lansing I'll come again to this one. :) Read more

They steal your money! Took $111 for a $15 order. Spencer will not give me my money back. He talks down to everyone. He thinks... he is better than people. You are NOT. You work at mcDs. I was in the store with a service animal. The manager was talking to me in a rude way: if you dont have certificate you need to... stay outside. Then I was pulling out my E-certificate to show him. He didnt even bother looking (which he asked to see) and saidin a very rude and loud way: you need to take your animal outside now. I repeated myself again: I told you we have a certificateand you didnt want to take a look. Eventually I was holding my certification all the time but he refused to look at it. I pickedup my order and I went to my car. Another customer who was in the store came out the store walked to me and said: we all heardthe manger yelling at the customer-which is you, and I didn?t even order because I?m not going to order here when they treattheir customers like this. She also said: I will definitely report what I saw too. I really appreciate her support and I amreally disappointed in how this manager is behaving. He definitely needs some professional training.
