This location was false advertising free soda with 12 peice meal I brought it up to staff and manager at window was waiting for... me at pick up window.He was very rude and got mad and disrespectfull that i asked that sign should be removed.I cancelled orderdo to many reports of food being spit in if you complain.As i took picture of sign to post the lady ordering at speaker wasbeing disrespected by another female employee taking her order.This location has the rudest staff and the manager guy seems topramote this kind of service.I will now go to Cedar location even though its farther away because of way better service. I try to understand that mistakes happen but I have wasted over an hour at this place. They not only gave my food away after... waiting 30 minutes. I had to wait another 20 minutes to hopefully get my money back on my card. Horrible experience. Read more

Online hours say they close at 10pm. I've tried four separate times to get food between 7:30pm and 8:30pm. It takes me 35... minutes to get there and they're always closed. The hours say they were updated a week ago. Clearly not accurate. Don't wasteyour time. Read more

I ordered two fish dinners in the drive thru on 7/27/22 at 6:53pm & got chicken (I didn?t look at the receipt).Too far to go... back so I called. The man who answered the phone was rude & since chicken was on the receipt THEY weren?t wrong. He says I saidL2 (I didn?t know L1 from L2). 1. I had trouble seeing the LSJ items (the majority was KFC), 2. the cashier said ?half the panelwas down & look to the upper left?, 3. I became frustrated & just said ?two 2pc fish dinners? & repeated it at least twice. Hethen put the phone down without saying anything & never came back. I kept calling back for quite some time but the phone wasstill off the hook. This morning he said ?there was a rush & he didn?t mean to do that?. Hard to believe him when I considerhis unpleasant attitude last night AND again this morning. He argued that I said L2 10 TIMES but I said FISh!!! Did this mantruly think I would go through this much effort if I INTENTIONALLY ordered chicken?! An easy fix would?ve been an apology & anoffer to correct the order. He chose to be difficult and argue with me instead! For the record, my chicken meal is stilluntouched & in the refrigerator; my son was so hungry & so disappointedly ate the other. I really wanted LSJ?s fish & that?s whyI drove 30 minutes to get it!!!! Instead I wasted my time, gas & money.Very disappointed with the unpleasant response to mycomplaint. It?ll be a long time before I go there again (if ever). The last time I visited this establishment was three yearsago. Went through the drive thru. Not very busy on a Sunday just before noon. Relatively quick to get my food. The food was good.
