The chicken was soak in the sauce, it had more breading then chicken. But the chilli cheese fries was good.
(6/13/2022 order at Saginaw location) I ordered one pound of rib tips and half pound of wing dings which was $20 plus 6 dollars... delivery charge. I received instead some salty hard chicken tenders instead and the manager told me she repeatedly said theywere boneless wings multiple times when I never heard her say that. She never read back to me my order I made either towards theend of the call. I made sure to let her know what my order was before telling her I didn?t want the two 20oz cokes. She began toargue with me saying she said boneles wings when I assured her if she did say that I wouldn?t have ordered them. Instead ofshowing some professional exemplary customer service that should have been expected in my circumstance, she said it would be $3up charge for the wing dings when that is not what I was told. I don?t recommend anyone to order here the manager and deliverydriver is money hungry I believe to be and clearly wasn?t trained properly on the motto of customer satisfaction. The rudedelivery driver arrived after hanging up in my face when I was telling him that he can deliver my food to my door he wanted tobe lazy and not deliver at my front door smh when he did come to my door, I saw that my brown bag was mishandled by him andwhen I opened it my food was placed in bag side ways to the point that the bbq sauce was leaking out smh. So you would think that if you paid ONLINE that the delivery man wouldn?t try to leave with your food. Already paid for. Very great people I like their food and is a very nice place to go they treat you good
