A great fast Italian restaurant with really good service.
I have been coming here for many years. With Covid and life and I haven't been able to get back. I missed it. I love the food.... So much and always hot and delicious. One of my favorite places and there aren't enough of them around. Fast food Italian. Read that again... Fast. food. Italian.... Including pasta, pizza, lasagna, bread sticks etc. Went there again recently while I was in Lansing. The lunch deal is the bestdeal among fast food and you get to try different things instead of just having one (unless that's what you want). A lady helpedme and was so friendly. Said she had been there 22 years and she new her stuff. Only downside is that there aren't any closer tome. I wish they would open one in Haslett, Okemos, Owosso, Howell and or Flint. This place is amazing! They were clearly super busy, I had to call like 3 times with my question! BUT when Nikki answered she... was professional, sweet and informative. I had placed a door dash order from this Fazoli?s. When my order arrived, not only wasit super fresh and piping hot, it was sealed with my name on it :) everything was in there (even the Parmesan packets I calledto ask for) They even had partitions to separate the hot food from the cold food. My salad and my cheesecake were cold like theyjust came out the cooler. Terri Ann and kaitlin and Nikki are amazing and I will be ordering from this location many times inthe future. Always make a stop at this location when we're in the area - a couple times a year. This Fazoli's location offers that rare... combination of upscale fast food that is both good tasting and a great value. On our most recent visit, during a busy weekdaylunch hour, the young people working there were notably patient, polite, and helpful, too. :) Read more
I honestly had forgotten about Fazoli's. I hadn't been in years. I decided to go and give them a try and boy am I glad I did. ... I had the chicken carbonara and a strawberry lemon Italian ice and both were so good. The pasta was cooked well, just enoughsauce, the chicken pieces were plentiful and big enough to cut into smaller pieces to ensure you had a piece of chicken withevery bite and the broccoli and bits of bacon were welcomed additions to every fork full. The portion sizes were bigger than Iremembered for takeout, the bread was soft and buttery, and the Italian ice was delicious and definitely hit the spot! This place is delicious. Even when I got it through door dash I was happy and surprised at how fast it got to me and how hot it... was. I've only had a few things on the menu but they are great. If you really like lasagna or Alfredo you can't go wrong. Theside salads are also pretty good and I definitely recommend the Italian ices with the warmer weather. Read more
