Absolutely awful service lately. You completely lucked out if you get the 1 woman working this location that does her job well.... Always out of cups for some reason and you could be left sitting in the drive thru for 20 minutes, easily. Just truly awful. Read more

Honestly one of the worst experiences I've had at a dunkin. A 30 minute wait for our mobile order and they didn't even have it... ready by the time we got up to the window (we ordered it about ten minutes before we got to the store.) On top of that theydidn't have half our order and didn't tell us until we had already waited and ordered, then we had to wait for a refund. Do notrecommend this location. Read more
I stopped in on Saturday, Sep 17th. There was one person working- either Paris or Pierce, I couldn?t hear very well! Not only... were they great at suggesting replacement drinks since I didn?t realize all that had changed on the Dunkin? menu (I never gohere) and even provided me a sample. Extremely helpful, amazing customer service from this employee, and everything was madedeliciously and quickly! I feel for all the bad reviews on this page- mistakes happen, employees get stressed out, too, and itsucks, and it seems like maybe it?s a problem with the management of the place overall. But this employee at least deserves ashoutout! Read more
I'm a Teacher and I went here for the free hot or cold coffee since dunkin was showing appreciation for teachers. I called ahead... at a dunkin to see if they would do a hot chocolate instead and they said they would since the whole reason is to appreciateteachers. This location would not. It?s a 3:30 on a Saturday. I pumped my gas and decided an iced coffee sounded good on this really hot day mind you I?m 28 weeks... pregnant. I walk in and looked at the menu to decide what i wanted to order. I saw a really quick movement out of the corner ofmy eye and a man wearing glasses with dark hair rudely said he?s closed and locked the door in front of me I said oh ok. Can ijust go back out this front door? He rudely said noppeeee you have to go all the way around and exit out THAT way instead ofjust twisting the knob to open the door so i could exit. I was very confused, he saw me enter and knew he was going to lock thedoor? Why didn?t he just tell me that before he locked it so i could leave? Dunkin? always tastes good, so there?s one star. One of the ladies were working very hard, so there?s the second star. The wait... was atrocious however, and the lady who took our order had a very bad attitude. Very poor customer service. Made faces at usafter she messed up our order and had to restart. Hopefully I won?t have to come back to this Dunkin? ever again. It?s really ashame because most Dunkin?s are great! Read more
Always have a terrible experience here. My orders are never correct, despite it being the simplest order possible. One employee... makes the coffee order based on how she thinks it should be made saying ?it will taste better this way?, not based on what I askfor. Since this has happened a couple of times, I will never be returning. Read more
