Aweful hotel. Staff has a terrible attitude, unfriendly and unwilling to do much less then their job. The rooms were... uncomfortable, showers cold ????, heater made a clicking noise the whole night. The following morning the staff was unwilling toopen a door to the rear parking lot causing my party to walk all the way around the building. Just things like this that makeour stay a little bit harder. Save your family a weird night and look elsewhere. Read more

Stayed as part of a group. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean. They did an excellent job at accommodating the groups... needs. The only disappointment was the pool, hot tub, and sauna were still closed due to staff shortages. Read more

Positive: The clerk was understanding, very polite, apologized, and documented my issues. The location was good for where I... needed to go. Negative: The place was not clean, there was an odd and musty smell, the parking area didn't seem safe/ secure,the carpet and and some of the furniture were worn out, much of the hotel services were shut down, the staff were not dressedprofessionaland ly. No amenities were open that the website said they had. If they are not open, they need to let people know. Many people book... rooms at hotels because of the amenities. Parking lot in back was very dirt and had weeds growing all over it. The AC in myroom wasn't working. They did put me in a different room right away, but I originally had a king room and they gave me one withtwo double beds. The beds were comfortable. I do give them that. We hosted a family dinner here using one of the banquet rooms and everything turned out great. Taking into consideration that... despite, like many other businesses, are very short on staff they were still able to provide an expected level of service. Thecouple of issues that we had were corrected immediately. Our banquet room was clean and setup up was as we requested. We woulduse this venue again in the future. Read more

Charmaine and Tyler at the front desk were awesome. The general manager hired me and my daughter (who is 7 months pregnant) to... work and put the pay towards the room. I also work full time at another job, so the agreement was I would work when I could, andshe would work 20 hours a week. We both only recieved one check which all went towards the room (so we actually recorded $0) andthen lay night when I got back from work, I stopped at the desk and paid ALL the money I had towards another week (as providingagreed upon). Let's we're reactivated for the week, then at 11 this morning, I recieved a call to the room telling me I had tobe out by noon. Now I'm having a hard time even finding a shelter that has been open, and the way that this hotel is run is likea prison. This hotel has nothing, bar, restaurant, and pool are closed. Ice machine is turned off. Vending machine is out. They brought... coffee to our room and left it but didn't even bother to dump the trash. Only door you can enter through is front door, allothers are locked. The only ac is in your room and main floor. We are on the 4th no ac in hallways. This place will or shouldbe closing soon. Read more

Nothing available that was advertised. First room they gave me was disgusting. Sheets and pillow cases were dirty. Housekeeping... said they had just cleaned the room. Not!!!
