Sooo disappointed! Didn't want to cook. Thought I'll try that Impossible Burger they have, I ordered that with mozzarella... sticks. They asked me to pull to the side. I figured I'd be waiting because i cant imagine they have those made a head, no bigdeal. When they came out I thanked them and left. So hungry I grabbed a mozzarella stick whlle waiting at the light....COLD!.Okay, I'll warm when I get home. Got home and while warming the sticks I opened the burger, took my first bite and found it wascold and burned black!!! I just spent 15.00 on this! If I wasn't so tired and it was raining I would've gone back. I won't beback to that Burger King. Read more
I went here last night at around 9:30 and I had no problems with any of the food. As for the guy on here talking about a... breakfast cheese melt for $2.99 do you not understand there is taxes for everything. Will be going to this burgerking all thetime. Need to get better employees or pay them better, then give them the right ingredients to make the food properly. I got this... hodgepodge chicken sandwich, oval meat patty on a circular bun, I know they have the correct buns for this sandwich, either ranout, or staff didn't care. It's really gone down the last 12 months, always a line of vehicles waiting to order. But only 1vehicle paying and walike 2iting for the food at the window. It's people are alone inside, used to be 5 people to take orders,preparing food, taking payment. Sadly the first job they cut is hygiene, how dirty is the kitchen if the 2 people can barelykeep up with the line of customers. 100% management and corporate fault, hopefully I'm not sick tomorrow from this. This is one of the best Burger Kings in Lansing, Michigan, by far. Excellent staff whom are polite, even when they make... mistakes. Their burgers are delicious. We usually substitute onion rings for fries, and there is no hassle. Plus they have aCoca Cola machine that can make an amazing combination of flavors. I am partial to the limeade twist Mello Yellow Zero. Whenyou go, make sure to use a coupon or their app for the best deal. It?s hard to beat their dollar Whoppers on some Wednesdays. Read more
