Do not go here for lunch hour!!! They have a decent turn around time once you are able to place an order in drive thru but they... will make you wait over 15min at the order spot before you can place an order. Read more
Honestly dumbfounded, by far the worst service I've EVER had from a fast food place. Started off by sitting at the microphone... for 10 minutes, and an extra 25 minutes for the food! I have no problem waiting, but was surprised to see FIVE employeesincluding a manager were just standing doing nothing at the window. Use order number for FC, stop asking for personal info. This is so stupid I may find a new burger place. Manager was rude when I... said no thanks to giving my name. She wrote NO on my receipt and made fun of me when the order before mine came up saying to me" you are NO remember" even though she had absolutely no reason to do it except just to be rude . The sandwich I got wasextremely greasy which should never happen since they use a broiler not grill . Ive had surprisingly good experiences at this location the workers are usually very friendly and helpful, Google asked me about... my recent experience tho so here goes: I was craving a whopper for like days straight finally made it out there it was busy anddrive through was slow but the lady was still really helpful with my coupon code. The lady at window wasn't as friendly as usualbut I get it they were slammed. I get home and open my burger cause I like to arrange it and add any extra condiments andnoticed the burger patty was like in pieces it looked like someone took it and clamped it in there fist and puzzle pieced itback together.... really weird. Sloppiness whopper I've ever had and it was hard to eat I didn't even finish it. Anyway that'smy review. Hope no one dropped the patty on ground and they just used it anyway gross???? Read more
Use to be friendly staff, today not so much and forgot an item. We had to pull ahead for 5 min they claimed for our jalapeño... bites. However, they were cold and the guy strolling out with a headset was talking to someone sounded like a personal call,handed me the bag that was torn down side never said a word to me. Won't go back for a long time. I'm sure by then will have newemployees. Read more
